How long is the warranty period?

What should I do if the item breaks within the warranty period?
If an item breaks within the 24-month warranty period, you can contact our customer service. We will immediately take action to resolve the issue for you.

Does every item come with a 24-month warranty?
Unfortunately, there are some cases where you cannot claim warranty:

  • If you have not handled the item properly;
  • If you have made other alterations to the item;
  • If the invoice date is incorrect;
  • If the instructions have not been followed correctly, or if damages have occurred due to deliberate action or negligence;
  • In cases of extreme weather conditions;
  • In cases of overheating caused by heating or using a higher wattage than prescribed.

At Lyslight, the statutory warranty applies. The offered warranty from Lyslight is an additional service.
